Procedure:
- Arrive 10 minutes early to start the warm-up. Be on time.
- Wear proper clothing and equipment (practice shirt, sweat bottoms, running shoes, good attitude).
- All athletes must bring and wear sweat tops and bottoms regardless of temperature: These are to be removed only as needed. They are required for warm up, cool down, and most if not all of the practice.
- Spikes brought to practice shall be worn ONLY as instructed by your age group coach.
